Will I have a permanent contact person at Justlogic?
Yes, you will have a permanent contact person at Justlogic. We think our relationship is very important. That’s why we try to make sure you have a permanent contact at Justlogic. If your contact is not available, you can always contact one of their colleagues.
How and when can I reach you?
You can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even in the evening and at night, but only if it’s really urgent. You can reach us by email, WhatsApp or phone. Do you have any questions about confidential matters such as your salary? If so, it’s best to give us a call.
Will I still have contact with Justlogic after I start work?
Yes. Even if you are linked to an employer through us, we still keep in touch. We think it’s important to stay informed about how you’re progressing. This way we can always answer all your questions. The amount of contact hours is up to you, as everyone has a different preference in this regard.
Can I get a bonus if I refer employees to Justlogic myself?
Absolutely! We always enjoy getting new colleagues recommended by our employees. Since you already know these people and think they are suitable, it is more likely that there will be a click. That’s why we encourage this by working with a ‘referral bonus’. How exactly does that work? We are happy to tell you in person.
How do I prepare for the intake interview?
During the intake interview we want to get to know the real you. So make sure your CV is up to date and includes your name and address, education, work experience and any training courses you have taken. During the interview we will look at which job openings are best suited to your needs, based on your CV.
What documents does Justlogic need from me before I can get started?
We would like to receive the following documents from you:

  • Valid identification (ID/passport) or a residence permit
  • Document with your BSN number
  • Bank account number
Does Justlogic have a collective agreement?
We are affiliated with the NBBU, the Dutch Association of Intermediary Organisations and Temporary Employment Agencies. This means we know for sure that everything is taken care of for our temporary workers, down to the very last detail.
How much will I earn?
We are required to follow the hirer’s remuneration scheme. As a result, the client determines what you will earn and not Justlogic. This varies for each company and position.

Payment

When will I be paid?
We do everything we can to make sure you receive your salary on time. On Monday, we process your hours worked in the previous week and we pay your salary on Tuesday. If there is a public holiday in that week, payment will be made on another day. This is often on Wednesdays.
Will I be paid every week or every four weeks?
At Justlogic you will have the option to receive your salary every week or every four weeks. It is possible to change this during your employment.

Pension

Do I build up a pension?
Absolutely! If you are 21 or older, you will build up your pension from your first day of work. We are required by law to do this only after 8 weeks. Because we consider pension very important, we pay it right from the start.

Paycheck/annual income statement

Where can I find my paychecks?
You can find your paychecks in our Flexwrapp app. At the end of your first working week, you will receive an email explaining how to create an account.
Where and when can I view my annual income statement?
At the end of January, you will be able to download your annual income statement from Flexwrapp.

Where can I enter my hours?

This depends on the employer where you will be working. There are 2 options:

  • The employer transfers your hours to us weekly. In this case, you don’t have to do it yourself.
  • You enter your hours through our Flexwrapp app. You will get an explanation of how this works.

Once we have reviewed together where you will be working, we will communicate to you which option applies to you.

Accrued leave & holidays

Do I have holiday leave?
Of course! You accrue leave for every hour worked, including holiday leave. If you work full-time (40 hours) for a full year, you are entitled to 25 days of holiday leave. If you work part-time, you accrue this on a pro rata basis.
How do I request a day off/holidays?
If you want to request time off, first discuss with your supervisor whether this is possible. As soon as they have approved it, inform your contact person at Justlogic. We will then see if you have built up enough leave so that we can continue to pay for your day(s) off.
Can I take paid leave?
If you have accrued enough leave, you can let us know that you wish to take paid leave. If you haven’t accrued enough leave, then you cannot take paid leave. You can have time off, but it will be unpaid.
When is my holiday allowance paid?
We pay out your holiday allowance in May.
What happens to my accrued leave when I stop working?
If you stop working at Justlogic, the outstanding amount of accrued leave will be automatically paid to you 6 weeks after your last day of work.

Training

As a temporary worker, am I entitled to training?
We think your personal development is very important. That’s why we offer you the opportunity to attend training/courses. If you are interested, we can look together at what suits you best.
Who pays for the training/course?
If you work for us, in most cases we will pay for your training/course. We always discuss this with you prior to the start of the training/course.
What training/courses can I take?
We have a wide range of training/courses to choose from. Examples include: forklift, reach truck, combination truck, EPT, aerial work platform, SCC, air freight, code 95, company emergency response, first aid and language courses. Do you have another training/course in mind? If so, that is always negotiable.
